Shipping & Returns


Shipping can only be made to the registered address which your PayPal account is registered to. Unless payment is made via bank payment, delivery can be made to any address as long as the registered address is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.

Delivery to Mainland UK
Delivery charge of £7.99 Ex. Vat for orders received under £150.00 Ex. Vat. will apply. Delivery is free for orders over £150.00 Ex. Vat.

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail or UPS Couriers. Delivery is next working day subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to five (5) working days. The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses. 

Delivery to N.Ireland, UK Offshore, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles
Delivery charge of £15.00 Ex. Vat will apply for deliveries to Scotland (Dundee, Aberdeen, Peterhead, Inverness) including the Western Isles, Shetland & Orkney.
Delivery charge of £21.00 Ex. Vat will apply for delivery to Northern Ireland.
Delivery charge of £21.00 Ex. Vat will apply for delivery to the Channel Isles.

Delivery will be made between the hours of 9am and 6pm by the respective courier; regret we are unable to confirm a time.

Delivery to European Union
Delivery charge of £25.00 Ex. Vat will apply for delivery to the EU Zone - Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Rep., Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Rep. Of Ireland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain & Sweden.

Delivery to Rest of Europe
Delivery charge of £53.20 Ex. Vat will apply for delivery to the Rest of Europe - Albania, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Canary Islands, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, San Marino, Serbia & Switzerland.

Delivery to Rest of the World
Delivery charge of £154.20 Ex. Vat will apply for delivery to Rest of the World

All of the above rates are subject to a maximum weight level of 20kgs. We will contact you if you order weighs more than 20kgs for a more cost-effective rate to your destination.

Delivery of European & International parcels may be delivered via UPS or DHL Couriers. Delivery may take up to ten (10) working days. Please note that you will be liable for all Customs Duties, Customs Clearance Charges and any other incidental charges due to the forwarding / clearing agents in your Country. Please contact your local Customs Office for more information. 

Amber Trading will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.

General delivery on all products are made within 48 hours time after receipt of cleared payment. Although most stocks are available, due to constant demand and changes in stock quantities, all our offers are subject to final stock availability and allocations. If your ordered item is not available in stock with us, a seperate order will be place with the respective suppliers of which delivery can take some time. In most cases, delivery are done within 5-7 working days time.

At times, due to instances beyond our control or if the particular item is no longer available or no longer in production with the respective suppliers, you will be informed accordingly and given the option to either choose another model or cancel your order if you wish.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Amber Trading shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Minimum Order
Please note, this is a TRADE ONLY website and our current minimum order requirement is £100.00 Ex. Vat with a carriage charge of £7.99 Ex. Vat for UK mainland delivery. This can change at anytime without prior notice.

Force Majeure
Amber Trading shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.



Amber Trading is a B2B Wholesale Company and is a trade only website. Returns are accepted if the products supplied are faulty of which should be notified to us in writing within 48 hours after you have received the goods.

If you need to return a faulty product then you have within fourteen (14) working days after receipt of the items to do so. The returned goods along with any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. The goods should also be returned with all their original box, packing and accessories in its original condition as received.


We offer a full refund, replacement (subject to stock availability at the time) or a credit note on the value of the order, provided we are aware of this in writing within 48 hours upon receipt of the goods. Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge (if applied).

Cancellation of Orders 
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping within 24 hours from the date of the order with no cost penalty being incurred and a full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by phoning us on +44 (0) 20 8830 8388. This however does not apply to special offer / special orders allocated and ordered specifically for you at the time of your order.      .

A re-stocking fee of 25% on the total order value will apply if you inform us after the time frame specified. Cancellations cannot be made once the goods have been despatched or in transit to you.
